How to Change Website Host Address

Dreamweaver

(Note: this refers to Dreamweaver CS6 for computers that have already been connected to the OPOC server)

Please note that you must have the Virtual Private Network (VPN) connected when you are making this change so that you can test the connection.

In Dreamweaver:

  1. Go to Site menu (at the top with File, Edit, View, Insert...) > Manage Sites.
  2. Double click on the website name that you wish to edit.
  3. Click "Servers".
  4. Double click on the entry that shows ocwsc3.rutgers.edu.
  5. Change the FTP address to ocm-sftp.rutgers.edu.
  6. Click "Test". You should receive a message that Dreamweaver connected successfully.
  7. Click "Save".

You may get a message that Dreamweaver is rebuilding the cache. Let that complete.
