Dreamweaver Tutorials

  • General Instructions: Follow the LinkedIn Learning tutorial for how to use Dreamweaver CC.
  • Synchronize Files: The best practice to avoid overwriting another website maintainer is to synchronize Dreamweaver every time you go to do some work on the site. Get the newest files from the server before you do any work, so you won’t overwrite a newer file with the old copy from your computer. Here’s a tutorial on synchronizing Dreamweaver.
    • Select synchronize the Entire Site and then Get Newer Files from Remote. Then Preview then OK.
